Who We Are
We are a group of more than 100 families who have chosen to homeschool our children for a variety of reasons. Our members come from within an approximate 50-mile radius of the Fort Hood Army Installation, including Killeen, Fort Hood, Harker Heights, Gatesville, Kempner, Lampasas, and Copperas Cove. Our membership is culturally diverse, representing the presence of the local and military community. Our statement of faith and purpose can be viewed here: statement of faith.
What We Do
We provide support to each other in the form of educational, informational, and recreational activities. Some of these are the homeschool co-op, field trips, park days, picnics, dinners, workshops, and seminars. We do this through a network of dedicated volunteers.
